Ashley - Clinical Assistant

I assist Dr. Irvin with all aspects of patient care. I always love to see the beautiful results in the end and how happy the patients are with their new smile! It's great to get to know our patients and find out about their favorite hobbies. Dr. Irvin is a perfectionist, which is great in such a detail oriented profession. I truly enjoy all the people that I work with. I am married to Brad and we have two daughters, Chloe and Emma. I love spending time with my family and friends, working out, shopping and traveling.

Sharon - Clinical Assistant

My position as an assistant is helping Dr. Irvin with all the clinical procedures in our office. I am proud to work with such a great staff and in an office where we are all committed to great quality. Getting to know our patients during treatment and seeing their beautiful smiles when treatment is complete is something that I really enjoy. I have two wonderful children, Dylan and Preston, with whom I love spending time. I also have my own jewelry and clothing line.

Donnell - Clinical Assistant

I am one of Dr. Irvin's assistants, helping him with all kinds of patient care. We have very high standards of care in our office and I enjoy the challenge of problem solving for different patient's needs. I enjoy learning about the lives and families of all the patients we see over the period of time when they are in treatment. What a great joy to see the look on each patient's face when their braces are removed. It is great to work with such a fun group of people. I have three wonderful children, Stacey, Katie, Taylor and two perfect grandchildren, Kyleigh and Elijah.

Liz - Clinical Assistant

As an assistant, I help Dr. Irvin with patients and coordinate our office with OSHA. Our doctor is caring and dedicated to giving each patient a beautiful smile that will last a lifetime. I really enjoy interacting with our patients and seeing their happiness when their treatment is complete. I am very fortunate to be able to work with such a great group of people and in my free time I enjoy painting, decorating and visiting my family in Florida.

Vivian - New Patient Coordinator

As the new patient coordinator I get to introduce our new patients to our practice. I assist Dr. Irvin at the initial exams and schedule the follow up appointments that are needed as new patients start their journey to a beautiful and healthy new smile. I really enjoy establishing a good relationship with our patients and their families. Dr. Irvin is very open and informative with our patients and always takes time to answer their questions. My husband Eddie and I have two children, Mark and Merinda. In my free time I enjoy camping with my family and friends and being involved with church activities.

Tara - Appointment Coordinator

I am the first person to greet our patients with a smile! It is important to me to really get to know our patients and our families so that I can make them feel as comfortable as possible in our office. We have created a fun atmosphere in the office that our patients and staff really enjoy. I've been married to my husband, Thomas, for nine years and we have two daughters, Jacklynn and Paxton. I love spending time with my family, shopping and watching drag racing.

Jane - Office Manager, Financial Coordinator

I am responsible for all financial, managerial and insurance duties for our office. I work with parents and patients to achieve a financial contract that is tailored to their budget along with their insurance and health savings accounts. Assisting patients and parents with making orthodontic treatment a reality is the best part of my job! I have one son, Chris and two granddaughters, Riley and Riane. I spend as much time as possible with my family and friends. I also enjoy flower gardening and exercising.

Fran - Practice Promotions Coordinator

I take care of all the internal and external marketing for our practice, as well as front desk support and correspondence. You can find me greeting patients when they are checking in for their appointments and encouraging them to enter our really fun contests. Dr. Irvin provides all of his patients with the very best orthodontic care available. I have four children, Jeremy and his wife, Shelly, Daniel, Susanna and Mary, as well as one very spoiled dachshund named Addie. I love spending my free time with my family and friends, reading, studying and singing.
